Terms & Conditions
By accepting the general terms and conditions of membership, the new member acknowledges that he/she has the capacity and authority to subscribe to the membership form and to respect the general terms and conditions of membership of the Centre for the Analysis of Terrorism (CAT). The general terms and conditions of membership define the rights and obligations of the member and the association reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of membership at any time, subject to notifying the member at least one month before the new general terms and conditions of membership come into force.
1. Responsibilities and obligations
The member is solely responsible for the use made from his account of the sources available via the website. In this case, the use of information, messages or data of any kind available through the CAT website is the sole responsibility of the member. A member shall be held liable to the structure and to any third party for any direct or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever caused by a failure to comply with his commitments to the CAT.
2. Dues, duration and conditions of membership
To become a member of the Center for Analysis of Terrorism (CAT) and have access to our resources, please fill in the form below by filling in all the required fields. Once the form is completed, the payment of the membership fee is made on Hello Asso.
We remind you that in order to join the association you must, in addition to paying a membership fee, be approved by the office of the Center for the Analysis of Terrorism which, after a complete examination of the membership form, takes a positive or negative position.
The decision of the board is discretionary and the board does not have to inform the applicant of the reasons for a negative decision. In case of refusal, the membership fee is immediately refunded.
Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. It is not automatically renewable.
3. Confidentiality and responsibility of the new member
All information, intelligence and documentary material of any kind is available only to the member whose application has been approved in advance, and this for strictly personal and internal use. It is strictly forbidden to deliver or copy them, whether for a fee or free of charge, to third parties.
4. Processing of personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, personal data collected from members is used for statistical, accounting and management purposes. The new member acknowledges that he/she is fully informed that such information may give rise to the exercise of the rights of access, communication and rectification with the association.
